To what extent does your organization respond to what it learns through evaluation, monitoring, and/or feedback in ways that promote safety and resilience?

Strategies:

• Respond to STS concerns among staff in a non-punitive, supportive manner to promote psychological safety and prevent re-traumatization.²
• Communicate to staff regarding any feedback that is received and the steps that will be taken to address it. Messaging should include thanking the staff for providing their feedback and emphasizing that they and their input are very important. Share with staff details of what will be done to address their concerns and provide follow-up on any updates over time.
