This includes training for administrative leaders about the impacts of STS on individuals and organizations and how to create safe and supportive workplaces to enhance staff resilience in the face of STS.
- Ensure that leaders receive the same basic and advanced trainings on STS that are provided to staff so that everyone has the same understanding of the issue.

- “Compassionate Leadership: Webinar with the Experts,” a 60-minute recorded webinar on the key components of compassionate leadership during times of crisis.
- Leading Organizations by Example, a 35-minute Q&A session with NCAC Executive Director Chris Newlin on how trauma-exposed organizations can create a healthy working environment for their staffs.
- The Compassionate Leadership Program is an online program offered to supervisors and leaders in high stress and trauma-exposed workplaces by Tend Academy. See link for more information and pricing.

- “Leaders Are People Too,” is a Q&A session with Dr. Patricia Fisher, a clinical psychological and specialist in organizational health and workplace wellness in trauma-exposed workplaces. In this interview, Dr. Fisher provides recommendations to leaders on how to lead during particularly stressful times.
