To what extent does your organization regularly ask staff about their training needs related to STS?

Strategies:

• Poll staff at least annually to find out what specific training related to STS would be most helpful to them.
• Use a brief survey that asks staff to rank their level of interest in topics, such as identifying STS; individual strategies for addressing STS; team strategies for addressing STS; training for supervisors to address STS among staff; and how culture and STS intersect, etc.
• As staff to share their ideas about what specific trainings would be most helpful for them in addressing STS during regular supervision and staff meetings.
