To what extent do leaders regularly review policies to ensure that they are STS informed?

Strategies for Leaders:

• Review all policies to ensure that they do not exacerbate secondary trauma.
• Review and determine whether there are STS-specific policies in place to address the impacts of STS.
• Establish a process for reviewing existing policies but also one for new policies as they are established.
