Strategies for Supervisors:
- Create and maintain a caring community within your organization by:
- enhancing psychological safety within the team;
- fostering positive communication and conflict resolution skills; and
- encouraging peer support.
- Help team members identify sources of team support and/or mentorship.
- Encourage “accountability partners”: colleagues who collaborate to set and achieve wellness goals and support and encourage each other.
